MDD Uruguay: 10 Years of Growth, Collaboration, and Culture

The period from September 2025 to September 2026 has been a special chapter in MDD's history.

While MDD celebrated its 25th anniversary in Switzerland, our colleagues in Uruguay marked an important achievement of their own: 10 years of MDD Uruguay. Together, these anniversaries reflect a company that has grown across borders while staying true to the values that have shaped it from the very beginning.

Over the past decade, the Uruguay team has become an integral part of MDD's success. Through expertise, dedication, and close collaboration with colleagues and customers around the world, they have helped strengthen our international team and support MDD's continued growth.

More Than a Milestone

Anniversaries are about more than marking time. They offer an opportunity to reflect on the people, relationships, and shared experiences that make growth possible.

To celebrate its 10-year anniversary, the MDD Uruguay team came together in Paso de los Toros for a weekend with colleagues, friends, and family. Set along the Río Negro, the location provided the perfect setting to step away from daily routines and focus on what matters most: connection.

The weekend brought together many of the things that define both Uruguayan culture and the MDD spirit. Shared meals, meaningful conversations, outdoor activities, and moments of relaxation created opportunities to connect beyond projects, deadlines, and video calls. From horseback riding and wine tastings to enjoying the natural surroundings, the focus was not on work, but on strengthening the relationships that make great teamwork possible.

The People Behind the Success

At MDD, we often talk about collaboration. But successful collaboration is built on more than processes, technology, or expertise.

It starts with trust.

When people understand and support one another, communication becomes easier, ideas flow more naturally, and challenges are solved more effectively. These qualities rarely appear in project plans or performance metrics, yet they are often the foundation of long-term success.

The anniversary celebration served as a reminder of the importance of these human connections. It reflected a culture built on teamwork, mutual respect, and genuine relationships. These values have contributed to the success of MDD Uruguay over the past ten years and continue to shape MDD as a whole.
